2. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Artiste Martial and any customer making a purchase on the artistemartial.com website. Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described on the site with the greatest possible precision. Product photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the delivered product, particularly due to screen display settings.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Artiste Martial reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders and Payment
Before final validation of the order, the customer can check the details of their order, its total price, correct any errors, then confirm their purchase. Validating the order implies an obligation to pay.
The order is validated after payment acceptance. Accepted payment methods are indicated during checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.). Transactions are secured by our payment provider. Artiste Martial does not store any banking information.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.
In the event of exceptional unavailability of a product after order validation, Artiste Martial will inform the customer as soon as possible and proceed with a refund of the amounts paid.
6. Delivery
Artiste Martial ships worldwide. Logistics are handled by our partner Mail Boxes Etc.
Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days, excluding exceptional periods or high activity related to a product drop.
Generally observed delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch;
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch;
- Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Unless otherwise specified during the order, delivery will take place no later than 30 days from the date of order validation.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. A tracking number is provided by email upon dispatch.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees, local taxes or import duties may apply. These costs remain the responsibility of the recipient.
The transfer of risks occurs when the customer physically takes possession of the product.
In case of a damaged, lost or undelivered package, the customer is invited to contact Artiste Martial as soon as possible at contact@artistemartial.com so that a solution can be sought with the carrier. This step does not deprive the customer of their legal rights.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for their decision.
When the order relates to several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period runs from the day after receipt of the last product.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision before the expiry of the 14-day period, by email to the following address: contact@artistemartial.com.
Simply returning the product without prior declaration, or refusing to take delivery of the package, is not sufficient to validly exercise the right of withdrawal.
After notifying their withdrawal, the customer has 14 days to return the product to Artiste Martial.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with its labels and, as far as possible, in its original packaging.
Direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Artiste Martial will reimburse the customer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request. However, Artiste Martial may defer reimbursement until the returned product is recovered or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the product.
Reimbursement is made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another reimbursement method.
Products returned incomplete, worn, washed, damaged, stained or showing traces of excessive use may be refused reimbursement or subject to a discount corresponding to the depreciation of the product.
Upon entry into force of the applicable legal obligation, Artiste Martial will provide the customer with a feature allowing them to exercise their right of withdrawal directly online, in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Legal Guarantees
All products sold by Artiste Martial benefit from applicable legal guarantees, regardless of any commercial gesture that may be granted.
Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two years from the delivery of the product.
The customer may request that the product be brought into conformity by repair or replacement, subject to the conditions provided by law. When repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, the customer may obtain a price reduction or rescission of the sale under the conditions provided by the Consumer Code.
Guarantee against hidden defects
In accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, the customer may also act under the guarantee against hidden defects of the product sold, under the conditions provided by law.

9. Intellectual Property
All elements composing the site (texts, graphics, logos, photographs, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Artiste Martial or its partners, and are protected by French and international law. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
10. Personal Data
The processing of personal data of customers and users of the site is detailed in the Privacy Policy accessible on the site.
This policy specifies in particular the purposes of processing, legal bases, recipients of data, retention periods, rights of data subjects and contact methods.
11. Applicable Law, Complaints and Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law, subject to mandatory protective provisions applicable to the consumer in their country of residence.
In case of a complaint, the customer must first send a written complaint to Artiste Martial at the following address: contact@artistemartial.com.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing an amicable resolution, the consumer customer may have free recourse to the consumer mediator designated by Artiste Martial.
The customer may refer the matter to the mediator within one year of their written complaint to Artiste Martial.
In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably or through mediation, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules of common law.
